MARKETING MANAGER Seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager\'s job responsibilities include: developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to raise awareness about the organization\'s mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives, engaging potential donors and supporters while maintaining a consistent brand image and aligning all marketing efforts with the nonprofit\'s values and goals; this includes managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, creating compelling and inclusive content, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize impact. Analyzes the performance of marketing efforts and develops recommended plans to align with the organization\'s DEI values and agency mission. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. Three years of experience in associated field required. Bilingual skills preferred. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) and working within a database. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, in a fast-paced environment. Must have moderate physical mobility; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. ? A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is \$1,000. ? No holidays or on-call ?
