Athena Health Care Systems Hospice Marketing & Business Development Liaison in Worcester, Massachusetts
We are hiring a Marketing and Business Development Liaison to join our team with Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts in Worcester!
Shift is Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with weekly pay. This position includes on-the-road responsibilities. Candidate must have an insured vehicle.

In this position, you establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's in sales and marketing preferred.
Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with the Home Health and Hospice goals.
Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development.
Manage marketing/sales budgets.
Track and evaluate referrals.
Responsible to ensure external sales calls effectively.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
