Responsibilities

• Set up and configure CNC machines for wire production operations, including selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.

• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths and machining instructions for wire components.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances for wire components.

• Conduct trial runs and tests to ensure CNC programs and machine setups meet quality standards and production requirements.

• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize production

• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to resolve programming or setup errors.
