Job Description

About the Role:

Cyient Inc. has an opening for a Telecommunications Project Supervisor in our Erie, PA office, responsible for tracking and coordinating Outside Plant (OSP) A&E Wireless designs. You will be manage all project tracking, and forecasting and maintaining scope of work and budget. You should have previous OSP A&E Wireless engineering and Field data collection experience. You will be asked to work with our customer and oversee our design teams to ensure project standards are followed and delivered on time. You will coordinate with multiple design and delivery teams, and city/state permit municipalities. You will report directly to the Engineering Senior Manager in Erie, PA

You Will:

  • Oversee multiple design and field data collection teams to design and verify for field accuracy.

  • Coordinate all design work with Structural Department.

  • Review and redline work prepared by team, maintaining production and delivery schedules

  • Understand our client's network and equipment, schedule and expectations.

  • Meet with client(s) and report schedule and market for new work

  • Work with city/town, client and contractors to resolve scope changes and RFIs

  • Write proposals for new work, new processes and new personnel.

  • Some travel may be required.

You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of wireless telecommunications experience

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience

  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering degree

  • Proficient in CAD & Microsoft Office products

  • Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

  • Valid Driver's license is required.
