American Tower Leasing Operations Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts

We are seeking a Leasing Operations Manager to join American Tower’s Leasing Operations organization. The Leasing Operations team focuses on all leasing aspects of American Tower’s assets. The organization is comprised of account-specific teams that manage the full life cycle of customers’ applications. Day to day you will develop, plan, manage, and execute on all leasing requirements across a specific account.  As a Manager Leasing Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to a specific customer or business need, will design an optimal leasing experience, and will partner cross-functionally to serve as the main point of contact for all related account needs.

What You Can Offer Us

  • Design and implement an optimal leasingexperience which will include:

  • Defining account objectives, scope, andleasing requirements;

  • Identifying process, system, and reportingneeds and delivering against these requirements;

  • Assigning duties, responsibilities, and scopesof authority to team members;

  • Developing account strategies and plans andidentifying improvement opportunities; and

  • Renewing leasing reports and modifyingschedules or plans accordingly.

  • Update and manage account budgets to ensurethey meet required budgetary restraints and/or evaluate financial risks andopportunities associated with projects.

  • Proactively communicate to upper management andall cross-functional teams any account-related leasing needs, includingprocess/system changes, project delays, budget requirements, and resources.

  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze actual andforecasted account metrics to ensure obstacles are identified and resolved.

  • Establish and maintain strong internal andexternal relationships to effectively execute on responsibilities.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identifyopportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

  • As a Manager, Leasing Operations you areresponsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career developmentof Project Managers, Analysts, and/or Account Specialists. You’ll also beexpected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet ourbusiness objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired.

  • Minimum 5 years ofmanagement experience, including experience designing and executing a team’svision through implementation, required.

  • Minimum 5 years ofnetwork deployment leasing experience managing high volume transactions.

  • Ability to analyzeteam needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.

  • Strong financialacumen to include budget management experience required.

  • Approximately 10%travel may be required in support of this position’s responsibilities.

  • Strong organization, planning, and project managementskills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements anddeadlines.

  • Ability to work with differentfunctional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionallyachieve results.

  • Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate teamto achieve results.
