What you’ll do:
Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and cross-checking cost estimates
Prepare detailed submittal drawings per BCM standards including but not limited to control drawings, flow diagrams, network drawings, valve and damper schedules and bill of materials
Prepare BAS equipment floor plans indicating networking and DDC equipment layouts
Generates RFI’s
Develop HVAC sequences of operations
Gather all technical information to produce quality submittals
Who you are:
B.S. in Engineering or 2-4 years’ HVAC Controls Design or Maintenance experience
Understanding of networking, temperature controls and integrated systems
Strong skills in electronics troubleshooting and relay logic
Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software
Good understanding of construction methods
Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks
Reports to the Engineering Manager
Salary Range: $75-$95K
