Position Summary
Works within a team-based approach to be the single point of contact to Chomerics’ entire customer base. Provides support for a variety of customer needs within multiple industrial markets. As a team, works to continually improve the speed and quality of our responses to drive a positive Customer Experience. Works closely with Sales Managers and the internal organization to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution. Interprets and communicates customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, and advocates for customer needs.
Responsbilies:
Takes ownership of individual customer requests and drives them to completion
Process purchase orders, ensuring accurate contract review process
Monitor and manage customer portals
Work as a Customer Advocate with internal quality to process returns, credits and replacement orders
Coordinate with finance on customer accounts payable and accounts receivable issues
Negotiate delivery schedules while considering customer needs and organization capabilities
Maintain a consistent output of Oracle service requests in line with the expectations of the team.
Manage workload toward achieving team KPI goals.
Participates in the Quote Cell High Performance Team and any additional Lean Initiatives within the Company.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Associates degree preferred.
Minium of 2 years of data entry and/or customer service experience required.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Ability to work in a goal-oriented, High-Performance Team environment
Ability to learn and function with multiple software skills
Willingness to perform highly repetitive and tactical tasks
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent resident.
