Homesense Backroom Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Backroom Coordinator oversees and executes the timely processing of merchandise, utilizing the concepts, methods, procedures and equipment according to policy. Maintains processing and storage areas, equipment, and supplies. Supervises and trains all Associates assigned to the backroom. Develops relationships with the Associates on the selling floor to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods to the floor. Communicates all discovered shipping, packaging, ticketing and labeling problems to Store Management. Available to work in multiple areas of the store, as needed.
