Responsible for development, implementation and delivery of end user-based training on Digital Factory-owned systems and programs for all CRL Business Unit (BU) sites as applicable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop training programs for global staff and external customers on Digital Factory systems, processes and procedures.
Develop the operational training programs for global rollout.
Participate and carry-out rollout plans across sites and customers.
Lead training initiatives to site or departmental leads for Digital Factory applications across all applicable BU sites.
Primary subject matter expert for internal and external user-group meetings, trouble-shooting initiatives, global committees/task forces designed to address training gaps and process flow.
Participate in other corporate standardization and harmonization committees as required.
Integrate activities with those of other major digital workstreams (e.g. Lab of the Future, G&A, Tech Foundations).
Keep abreast of professional information and technology through workshops and conferences.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in technical writing, biology, or related discipline.
Experience: Six or more years related experience in operations, training or IT.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Experience working with both internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently and as a member of an integrated team.
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Familiar with appropriate regulations, guidelines and guidance for the conduct of studies in North America and Europe.
