Job Summary

We are seeking aSr Manager, Digital Marketingfor our Corporate site located inWilmington MA or remote.

The following are responsibilities related to the Sr Manager, Digital Marketing position:

  • Set strategic direction and partner for successful delivery of for all marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation, Content, SEO, VOC, digital education and events, analytics, and the website. Manage the martech stack for optimized performance and future expansion.

  • Research technologies and current trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and efficiency

  • Establish best practices in digital marketing to drive engagement and lead generation on digital channels and support omnichannel marketing approaches for end-to-end integrated marketing programs across channels.

  • Combine quantitative and qualitative marketing data with customer feedback to support cross-functional customer experience initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team of digital professionals, IT, and strategic marketers to evaluate, implement, and measure new digital tools and software.

  • Lead and potentially manage direct and/or matrixed team of digital professionals.

  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

  • Employ Agile development approaches to ensure good project prioritization, ROI and on-time completion

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Sr Manager Digital Marketing position:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Six (6) plus years’ experience in Digital Marketing (e.g. Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager)

  • Demonstrable experience with website development, SEO/SEM, CMS, VOC management, eCommerce, analytics, digital engagement solutions and CRM software

  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices including monitoring and driving successful engagement through digital outreach and advertising

  • Familiarity with web design and HTML

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

The following are Preferred qualifications related to the Sr Manager Digital Marketing position:

  • MBA preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot, Drupal, AquiaLift, Workfront, Conductor, Medallia, HubSpot, PowerBI platforms is beneficial
