Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Wilmington, MA. We are looking for experienced Press Operators. This is a full time direct hire opportunity. Multiple shifts available.

Position Title: Press Operator

Pay Rate Range: Up to $34/hr. depending on experience

Schedule(s)/Hours 2nd Shift (3:55 pm-2:00 am, Monday-Thursday)

$2 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Location: Wilmington, MA

Responsibilities Include:

· Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic.

· Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials that enable focus on the art of producing the labels

· Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products for our customers

Qualifications Include:

· High School degree or equivalent

· Two or more years in printing, flexographic experience highly preferred . Will consider wide web or offset experience

· Mechanical aptitude

· Ability to think through mechanical aspects of equipment operations and decision-making

· High levels of customer service.
