We are seeking a Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist for our Corporate Marketing Team(Microbial Solutions) to be located in Charleston SC or Wilmington MA.
The following areresponsibilitiesrelated to theMarketing & Client Engagement Specialist:
Plan, develop and implement targeted account-based marketing programs to generate marketing qualified leads through account specific materials, datamining, account intel, virtual and in person seminars
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to define the scope of the materials and need of customers and support the implementation
Support Marketing and Sales to launch and promote the materials
Continuously gather account intel and data mine new marketing leads
Organization, promotion of virtual and in person seminars or events and follow-ups
Plan, develop, and implement targeted lead generation programs to generate marketing qualified leads through frequent customer contact and prospecting. (I.e. Data mining and net new lead generation through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop inbound marketing and account-based marketing campaigns (i.e. Advertising, Website inquiries, webinars, tradeshows, social media campaigns, seminars and workshops).
Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with the sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads when outside of scope, domain or function.
Utilize SalesForce to monitor, advance opportunity status progression and review/report on completed projects
Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects.
Create and optimize lead nurturing programs for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives through email content and other digital channels.
Follow up on of site traffic leads to SEO/SEM initiatives, dedicated landing pages, content marketing and perform calls to action
Collaborate with Market Research team to research and develop Lead gen projects for new and niche markets (compounding pharmacy, consumer care, dialysis, etc.). Work with business analytics to help research and understand the market dynamics and market potential in assigned areas identify market growth opportunities and incorporate in to marketing program development (competitive landscape, Market trends, etc.)
Create, manage and report on Engagement studios and content, with the guidance of Marketing Manager.
Collaborate and assist with Event specialist on virtual and in-person event logistics and management (webinars, seminars, workshops, chapter events, conferences, etc.)
Ensure a competent and professional image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies both on the phone, email and at customer events.
Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of business segment that is being supported.
Work with Marketing Manager to update business specific materials with direction.
May assist in local language support for marketing materials.
Attend relevant tradeshows, conferences and Charles River events, as needed.
Manage translations activities where required.
Manage vendors (advertising, 3rd party contracts, etc.) were required.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
The following areminimum requirementsrelated to theMarketing & Client Engagement Specialist position:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A /B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, business or related discipline.
Two (2) plus years related experience in marketing or customer services.
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Word)
Digital Marketing Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
