SPECIFIC CITIES AND TOWNS IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY: ARLINGTON, BEDFORD, BELMONT, BURLINGTON, CAMBRIDGE, CHELMSFORD, EVERETT, LEXINGTON, LOWELL, MALDEN, MEDFORD, MELROSE, NORTH READING, READING, SOMERVILLE, STONEHAM, TEWKSBURY, WAKEFIELD, WALTHAM, WILMINGTON, WINCHESTER AND WOBURN. SPECIFIC CITIES AND TOWNS IN ESSEX COUNTY: AMESBURY, ANDOVER, BEVERLY, DANVERS, ESSEX, GLOUCESTER, LYNN, LYNNFIELD, MARBLEHEAD, NEWBURYPORT, PEABODY, ROCKPORT, SALEM, AND SAUGUS. SPECIFIC CITIES AND TOWNS IN SUFFOLK COUNTY: CHARLESTON NEIGHBORHOOD IN BOSTON AND REVERE. Employees will meet at the above address. Round trip transportation will be provided to and from this address to the jobs each day. Entry level, no experience required, work under close supervision. Maintain properties by using, operating, maneuvering hand and power tools, mowing equipment and vehicles. Mow; edge; trim; plant; water; dig; rake; pull weeds; apply fertilizer, weed preventers & common horticulture products; haul, stack, install mulch, soil, stones; prune shrubs and small trees; pick up and dispose of litter and plant debris; May assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used each day. May assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used each day. \$23.59 / hr (\$35.39 OT). Overtime available and mandatory. A single workweek will used to compute wages due. Pay checks issued weekly. Pay raises are based on length of time on job, quantity and quality of work produced, dependability and adherence to procedures and policies. All deductions from pay, required by law will be made. Employer provides, at no charge, uniforms, tools, supplies, and equipment that is required for the job. 35-55 hrs. M-F some Saturdays and rarely Sundays. 7:00a 5:00p Normal Hours. Hours vary depending on workload. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer provides or pays workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at rate of \$15.88/day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, incurred by the worker, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). This job order is being placed in connection with a future application for H2b workers.
