Newell Brands Manufacturing Facilitator 12hr Rotating Nights in Whately, Massachusetts
The Manufacturing Facilitator will oversee specific manufacturing lines with a focus on safety, quality and production.
Ensure all lines are staffed properly
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed
Track and report daily line down time
Monitor supplies and report any raw material issues
Troubleshoot equipment, assist machine operators and communicate with the Mechanical Department when repairs are needed
Assisting with overall operation, training, directing and developing employees in department processes and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write in the English language
Effectively lead others to provide direction to a group of employees
Good working knowledge of basic arithmetic and the ability to calculate percentages
Good communication skills
Must be able to multi task and able to work in a fast paced environment with good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of computers a plus
