Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Weymouth, Massachusetts

Description

Robert Half's client in Weymouth is adding a Customer Service Representative to their team! You will be responsible for answering calls and educating clients on specific products they are inquiring about. You will handle order entry, order fulfillment, email correspondence, processing returns, and all other customer service functions. With COVID backing up some parts of their processes, you will have to be able to multitask phone calls as well as off-phone work such as administrative work. This is not a call center. Your hands will be in a little bit of everything! It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable, unique and growing organization. Qualified candidates must be tech savvy, a quick study, have experience in MS Office, Outlook, and drafting email correspondence. You must also have a kind disposition to all customers calling in, remain flexible to suit all customer's needs, and be able to take initiative.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Weymouth IN OFFICE

Hours: 11am - 730pm, Monday - Friday

*training hours for first 4-6 weeks can be 9-5 or 10-6 if necessary, but once train-up time is complete, you will need to commit to a 11-730 M-F schedule.

Pay: $17 temp, $18+ perm (to start)

Timeline: Zoom interview with customer service managers

Duration: Temporary to hire (at least 6 months temporary before converting to permanent status)

Requirements - Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

    • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

    • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

    • Proficient with computers and technology platforms

    • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Answer Customer experience

    • Expertise in customer service

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
