Citizens Bank Finance Manager, quantitative modeling and financial support in Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

Finance Manager will be responsible for the quantitative modeling and financial support of the Merchant Point-of-Sale-Finance organization. This role will work with various LOB and support teams within the organization to ensure the integrity of the financial forecast processes within CFG’s CFO framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Finance support of Merchant Point of Sale Finance business (Citizens Pay).

  • Maintain and develop several forecast models for new and existing Merchant relationships (partnering with LOB, Treasury, analytics, credit, loss forecasting)

  • Provide ad-hoc support to satisfy needs for business partners and Finance management.

  • Ensure each portfolio has an up-to-date model of back-book/front-book assumptions with current working assumptions on portfolio run-off and losses (if applicable).

  • Clearly demonstrate forward-looking expectations in the context of historical performance

  • Run multiple economic scenarios based on stress-factors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Financial Mgr/Analyst

  • Essbase / Smartview required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and forecasting process;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word);

  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and meet extremely tight deadlines.

  • Self-thinker and self-motivated; must be able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate.

  • Experience with vendor contracts and invoicing.

    Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required

    Hours and Work Schedule

    Hours per Week: 40

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
