Honeywell Channel / GTM Marketing Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Retail team based in our offices in Westwood, MA. This is a unique opportunity to lead the brand evolution of a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial business unit within a global Fortune 100 company.

Overall Responsibilities:

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily domestic

Retail Marketing

  • Partner with the team on developing and executing marketing plans to grow the retail channel of business for the Muck, XTRATUF, Servus, Ranger, NEOS, Oliver, Honeywell PPE and Howard Leight brands in partnership with our key accounts such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Tractor Supply Co and Bass Pro Shops

  • Collaborate with the sales and product team to work with buyers and management at our retailers and distributors to devise and execute programs to drive sell-through of our products

  • Team up with the Experiential Marketing Team to ensure successful activations at trade shows

  • Track and manage all co-op marketing funds, partner with regional marketing team members globally on managing global channel marketing budget

Go-to-Market Management

  • Work cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies for new product launches and brand elevating marketing programs

  • Build and maintain the master wholesale go-to-market process for the brands

  • Devise effective sell in tools and programs that enable the sales team to efficiently bring new products and merchandising programs to market, $5M+ budget

  • Partner with product, creative, ecomm and digital marketing team to ensure alignment of all activity

  • Attend consumer and trade events as a representative of the brand

  • Assist the team with overall brand building initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 4 years in product-based brand management/marketing.


  • MBA

  • Experience in product-based brand management/marketing for footwear or apparel brand(s)

  • Experience creating and delivering compelling professional grade presentations

  • Experience managing and tracking multi-million dollar budgets

  • Competency in contract drafting and negotiation

  • Project management competency

  • Experience working in a publicly traded corporation is a bonus

  • Ability to manage vendors and inspire other team members

  • Interest and passion for the footwear and retail industry, bonus for an understanding of PPE or shooting sports
