  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficiency, and profitability.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Monitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to maximize sales, minimize costs, and achieve business objectives.

  • Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community, promoting our brand and driving customer loyalty.


  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control practices.

  • Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards.

  • ServSafe certification is a plus.

  • Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, and Panera Bread are an asset!

Since 1989 the Pino Network (Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC) focuses on developing and promoting people from within, which has proven instrumental to our success. Currently, we operate 13 Dunkin’ restaurants throughout Massachusetts. The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.
