We are currently hiring an Experienced Press Operator to work for a local manufacturer in Westfield, MA. This is a temp to hire opportunity starting at \$24/HR! This is a 12-hour rotating schedule, 4 nights on 4 nights off. What will you do: Operate printing press. Ensure print design conforms to job jacket information. Completion of product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job. Responsible for print sample retention. Notifies Supervisor/Lead Person or Quality Assurance Technician of non-conformities. Responsible with packer for proper packaging and labeling of work in-process and/or finished product. Ensure raw materials have been approved for use. Ensure all bench top test and measuring equipment being used are properly calibrated. Identification and control of Non-conforming material. Set-up and Clean-up machine. What is essential for this job: High School Diploma Prior press operation experience needed Exceptional time management and organizational skills Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
