Job Description Summary
Position will lead Program Managers in existing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) program development and delivery, most specifically overseeing Grocery, Restaurant and Mid-Stream Commercial Lighting programs currently operational as well as assisting in the implementation of new areas of business developing supporting NE clients in HVAC and C&I operational efficiency programs.

The Senior Program Manger will lead Program Managers in existing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) program development and delivery, most specifically overseeing Grocery, Restaurant and Mid-Stream Commercial Lighting programs currently operational as well as assisting in the implementation of new areas of business developing supporting NE clients in HVAC and C&I operational efficiency programs.
Working with Program Managers the Sr. Program Manager will develop and review program objectives, establish delivery process, policy, people and organization, establish relative KPIs to ensure meeting Client objectives and results in superior client satisfaction with maximum profits to CLEAResult. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for developing key client relationships, tracking and reporting both production and financial metrics and oversee the program P&L.
