6:00am-2:30pm

2:30pm-11:00pm

$18-$21/hr

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Reading and following work procedures and schematics or receiving verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed

• Performing manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets

• Maintaining daily production output

• Following all EHS and Quality policies and procedures

• Participating in quality control inspections

• Working with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency

• Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams

• Complying with EHS regulations and policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience

• Have the ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed

• Have a demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits

• Have a demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership
