Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Leader to drive production planning excellence through the implementation of advanced planning strategies and process improvements. This role will lead the technical transition from Oracle ASCP to Kinaxis, focusing on master production scheduling, capacity planning, and work order management. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize production workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the technical implementation of the transition to Kinaxis, focusing on production planning.
Develop and execute master production scheduling processes to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and supply.
Design and deploy advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes to optimize inventory and production levels.
Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including creation, release, and tracking.
Collaborate with engineering on configuration management, maintaining accurate BOM data and routing information.
Provide technical leadership and training on Kinaxis and planning-related processes.
Analyze production and inventory data to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Expertise in Kinaxis supply chain planning software.
Proven track record of leading ERP and supply chain planning system implementations.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Kinaxis Certified Author or Advanced User certification.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Master's degree in supply chain management or industrial engineering.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $60.00-80.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
