What you’ll do:

  • Application of Cytiva technologies to create process solutions by addressing customer technical inquiries, mainly by e-mail and phone, and logging daily into SFDC (Salesforce dot com) case management or via direct customer communication

  • Understand the performance and development planning process. Partner with your team to create objectives, measure performance progress against objectives and close gaps with appropriate action plans, within SFDC dashboard or other applicable system (Qlik)

  • Coach the team to enhance their network and identify challenging / stretch roles or projects to support career progression.

  • Participate and contribute to infrastructure building project for Knowledge Management, specifically FAQ SharePoint based database (TILE) and integration of AI in TILE.

  • Maintain close customer contact during projects. This could involve travel to customer sites for technical meetings or to perform test work, giving technical presentations, training or product demonstration and updating customers of project status.

  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback through regular communication with other Cytiva groups (Marketing, Applications R&D, other SLS teams).

  • Attend training courses as required and assist with training, mentoring and coaching of new staff.

    Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in life science, Chemical or Biological Engineering preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer facing support role.

  • Experience in supervisory role/leading a team

  • Experience in application of DBS tools (PSP, TPI, VPM, 5S)

  • Willing to travel (up to 25%) with current full driving license and passport.

  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of current regulatory trends, issues and guidelines relating to the products being supported.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Aptitude for leading multiple projects to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Cytiva filtration products.

  • Knowledge of unit operations and practices relevant to Biotechnology GMP customers and processes (DSP & USP)

The salary range for this role is $90K-$110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
