Kforce Customer Service Representative in Westborough, Massachusetts

Kforce's client in Westborough, Massachusetts (MA) is looking for 8 Customer Service Representatives for a temp to perm opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service over the phone and via email

  • Discuss the products and services offered

  • Input data accurately for customer orders, pick-ups, and service

  • Set up new accounts, maintains records, and prepare reports

  • Call center experience is preferred

  • Customer service oriented background

  • Microsoft Office skills a must (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), not very advanced but basic understanding and ability to maneuver

  • Required to type 40 WPM (need to issue test to submit with submittal)

  • Great personality required

  • Detail oriented

  • Need to be presentable

  • Clear, concise phone etiquette
