Established solar & roofing organization is seeking an organized and motivatedRoofing Field Project Managerfor our Roofing department. Under the general direction of the RVP, theRoofing Field Project Managerperforms a wide variety of operations duties. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and genuine care to his/her work craft. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with employees and subcontractors to provide jobspecifications

  • Coordinate with office admin and subcontractors to schedule customer jobs

  • Ensure subcontractors are performing work to meet our company's standards

  • Manage jobs within provided budget and track overall job probability

  • Maintain Installation Calendar, coordinate crews and deliveries to ensure atimelyinstall

  • Visitjobsin progressand ensure customer satisfaction

  • Respondto roofingproject emergencies (leaks,damages,and urgentcustomer concerns)

  • Monitor roof installation to manufacturer specifications,contract terms,andour company's Safety Standards

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Valid drivers license and ability to obtain driver clearance at Semper required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in construction management

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working the roofing industry

  • Abilityto set expectationsand service customers throughprojectcompletion

  • Strongverbal communication skills with both internal and external customers

  • Knowledgeof roofingcodes,regulations,and manufacturer specifications

  • Abilityto diagnoseinstallation errors and recommend corrective action

  • Must demonstrate a highsense of urgency

  • Strong time management capabilities and ability to navigate logistics of region

    Physical Requirement:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.

  • Abilityto maintain regular,punctual attendance consistent withtheADA,FMLAand other federal,state,and local standards

  • Mustbeable toremain in a stationarypositionfor longperiodsof time

  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
