We are looking for a very special candidate to join our team. This person would be responsible for supporting the chemical light business, order entry, and extraordinary customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service experience. Tenacity and follow-through are critical success factors for this position, as is the ability to respond quickly and effectively to change. You must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have proficient computer skills. This position is located in our West Springfield, MA manufacturing facility.
