Bayside Build and Remodel, Inc. Senior Foreman in West Harwich, Massachusetts
10 yrs. residential frame to finish experience and knowledge. Duties include knowledge of frame to finish, abilities of roof rafters and stair stringer construction with finishes, ability to read Architectural drawings and do layout and commence project with 2 to 4 journeymen carpenters. Follow through on quality control, daily production, time tracking and material tracking and handling. Foreman is the field job site manager whom oversees all production, subcontractors if any and troubleshooting throughout the day. Material list orders and takeoffs that are needed as projects progress.
