Pouch Making Lead Machine Operator, 3rd shift. 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday 10p - 6:30a Position summary: Working shift lead for pouch making equipment. You will be expected to give direction and monitor pouch making operators. You will need to make adjustments to your machine to insure product quality. You will need to perform all quality testing for the pouch making process, comply with the manufacturing schedule while maintaining a safe and orderly workplace. You will need to effectively communicate with your team as well as the other shifts.
