Our team’s mission is simple – help our Commercial organization grow through increased B2B sales and retention. While the mission is simple, the problem space is vast and growing. We answer questions pertaining to which customer, which broker, which product, and why (for all of those).What You’ll DoThis role is focused on successfully leveraging analytics and consulting to increase net membership for a new analytics area: dental, vision, voluntary, other ancillary products (DVV+). Responsibilities include:• Domain expertise: Become a subject matter expert in dental, vision, voluntary, partner with internal experts (such as medical or pricing)• Opportunity diagnostic: use analytic and consulting toolkit to identify opportunities to drive net incremental membership growth• Project management: structure and manage execution of projects via indirect (coaching, guiding, solutioning) and direct ‘hands on’ means; quantify impact of projects on net membership• Stakeholder management: Build deep relationships with executive and individual contributor business partners • Team leadership: mentoring and develop junior team members, provide clear and actionable feedback to team, peers, and leader pursuant to shareSuccess in this role will lead to an expanded impact for our team and expanded analytic service areas and team size for the candidate.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 120,000

Maximum: 265,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in applied analytics and strategy in marketing, digital, data science or related field• 5+ years of experience managing complex and visible initiatives from roadmap through execution, consulting with stakeholders and team leadership of analysts or data scientists• 3+ years of experience coding in SQL, Python, or R in an analytics context.• Up to 10% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with dental, voluntary, vision, and other non-medical employer benefits products is a huge plus• Experience with B2B sales analytics is strongly preferred with a track record of scaling solutions• Consulting experience: management or strategy (Big 4, MBB, Accenture, etc.)• Fluency in statistical methods and looks to stay aware of current new trends in applied analytics and tools• Exemplary written (PowerPoint) and verbal communication skills, especially in persuasively relaying technical content to non-technical audiences, and translating vague business problems into analytic problems and business impact (e.g., “Project X drove $YyM in margin”)• Strong executive presence, able to influence VP+ stakeholders• Willingness to transition from leader to doer to leader


Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
