Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes - Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed - Upsell and promote additional products or specials to customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
