What you will do

You will lead and inspire a team of Corporate Functions Recruiters as strategic Talent Advisors, recruiting roles in Corporate Functions, delivering value add recruitment and TA services which enable vibrant product vitality and top line growth for the business through the delivery of the right talent at the right time . Motivating and inspiring your team with new ideas to strengthen their personal development.

You will establish operating mechanisms aligned with the wider TA delivery team, through Persona- based TA best practices including process, systems, technology, and people strategy. You will establish and champion attraction campaigns for Corporate Functions talent, creating exceptional candidate and client experiences and advocating talent as a key driver of business results.

Engaged as part of the Americas TA Deployment LT to develop continuous improvements to the standard of TA service excellence in all the markets we serve globally.

Deployment Excellence:

Lead the TA activity for the Corporate Functions team, in conjunction with hiring managers to attract, pipeline, and consistently raise the bar for how we deliver talent acquisition.

  • Lead, manage, and assess performance to develop a high-performing team of managers and recruiters

  • Develop and build recruiter proficiencies and lead robust sourcing and research capabilities

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers, HR business partners, and TA Business Partners to outline full-scope sourcing and branding strategies that fulfill hiring needs

  • Proactively forecast impact of market, economic, demographic, socioeconomic trends that influence talent attraction and acquisition

  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability

  • Introduce new and/or improved methodologies for attracting, assessing, and selecting the best talent

  • Guide recruiters and managers to deliver insightful market research and intelligence to our business that provides industry trends, organization structures, market news and key talent

  • Build deep, sustainable networks and communities of diverse talent across industries and geographies

  • Embrace employee referrals and build upon existing multi-channel sourcing of passive and active candidates across the full-range and levels

  • Identify future talent needs and develop talent pools and social engagement by collaborating across the global organization

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related discipline.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proven experience in developing strong relationships and in successfully interfacing and negotiating with all organizational levels.

  • Ability to make rational decisions in difficult situations with little input from others.

  • Process and detail-oriented professional leader with strong business and analytical skills.

  • Results driven, able to quantify success relative to established targets and metrics and drive continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated strong negotiating skills and the ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Proven ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity.

  • Can effectively manage complex change and shift gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments; able to deliver expected results with minimal direction and guidance.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex assignments, applying proven capability to assess competing priorities in a high energy, fast paced environment in a geographically dispersed organization.

  • Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, best practices, and points of view to ensure well-grounded judgement.

  • Demonstrated leadership presence and track record of influencing senior leaders / stakeholders.

  • Self-directed, seasoned HR leader with experience in designing and rapidly introducing new tools and processes and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Systematic problem-solving skills with focus on process mapping, disciplined task management and execution

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with others in high pressure situations.

  • Demonstrates curiosity and capacity for learning.

  • Must be fluent in English (other languages would be a plus).
