Commonwealth Financial Network Sponsor Relations Coordinator in Waltham, Massachusetts

Are you interested in learning more about the relationship-building space within financial services? As a sponsor relations coordinator, you will interact regularly with the top 35 asset management firms in the mutual fund industry, your organization, collaboration, and people skills are a must. You will be responsible for all reporting within sponsor relations, and you will assist a two-person team with conference planning and other assigned duties. This position will give you the opportunity to build connections within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly reports on mutual funds, SMAs, and other product lines to share with our core mutual fund sponsors

  • Managing sponsor materials within COMMunity Link®

  • Acting as a sponsor relations liaison between various wealth management and operations groups

  • Supervising conference participation as it relates to our core sponsors; working with the conference planners to manage sponsor participation for these events

  • Assisting with territory reviews by preparing data and analytics

Core Strengths

  • Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Demonstrated experience in data manipulation

  • Familiarity with basic Excel functions

  • College degree preferred

  • An analytical mindset
