Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Design

Location: Waltham, MA

Pay: $120,000 + (Depending upon experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of projects, ensuring financial targets are achieved without compromising quality and client satisfaction

• Maintaining customer relationships, developing, and mentoring junior staff, coordinating resources, and overseeing project performance in terms of status, schedule, cost control, and change management.

• Play a key role in budget preparation, labor management, cost control, cash flow management, financial tracking, and reporting. Embracing innovation, you will continuously seek new ideas, better approaches, and innovative tools that enhance solutions for our clients and the company.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industry-specific experience.

• 5+ years of management experience.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

• Strong delegation skills while maintaining responsibility and accountability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.

• Strong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems.

• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
