Role Overview

The Regional Business Development role in an entry level role to join a dynamic team of sales professionals. This person will have a strong passion for the opportunity to learn and develop basic sales and prospecting skillsets. These skills will be applied to both outbound as well as inbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Scope of Role Responsibilities

Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate Pipeline with Outbound Calling and following up on Leads.

  • Generate at least 5 qualified Opportunities per month.

  • Basic understanding of (Unified Communication, Devices as a Service, Contact Center, Security, Advanced Technology Solutions - ATS, Visual Collaboration).

  • Own a set of non-customers with the objective to put together a go to market prospecting plan and qualify opportunities.

  • Own a set of customers with objective to expand the customers ownership of NWN Carousel products and services.

Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Desire to learn and develop.

  • Goal oriented.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

The following qualifications are ideal, but not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a sales major or minor

  • Inside Sales experience.

  • IT Industry experience.

  • Self-Starter
