We are looking for a dynamic and innovative product manager to join our ranks. You will play a key role in leading our strategy for moving to a digital-first future while also identifying and driving improvements to our current process of supporting financial advisors in any transition experience within our firm. Working with the management team, you will be responsible for understanding our clients’ current and future needs, researching best-in-class solutions, and leading critical strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Defining the ideal state, development, and implementation road map for a digital advisor transition experience incorporating best practice principles for user experience and interaction design
Translating ideal state design into comprehensive business requirements for the development team
Determining and implementing strategies that strive toward creating scale through process efficiencies, workflow, and technology enhancements
Creating process flow diagrams, collaborating with stakeholders on standard operating procedures and controls for updating processes
Communicating recommendations, solutions, and project status with leadership and main stakeholders
Driving all decisions, changes, and improvements through a data-driven framework to establish KPIs and objective measurements of success
Core Strengths and Skills
5+ years of digital product management experience
Salesforce experience
Ability to facilitate and lead executive meetings
Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective
Knowledge of and experience with agile processes and principles
Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel as needed
