Job Description Summary:

Intern for Customer Success Management team

Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-driven, and positive individual to help support Rocket Software’s Customer Success Management team through a variety of assigned projects and ad-hoc assistance with the greater Customer Success organization. This position will expose you to the growing profession of Customer Success while also serving to drive customer engagement and retention across Rocket’s diverse clientele. This is a tremendous opportunity to impact our CS organization as we strive to meet our growth goals for customer renewals and expansion and can lend itself to a full-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Data analysis related to customer health metrics

  • Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer health measures are accurate

  • Learn about Rocket’s products, customer base and processes

  • Work on assigned groups of customers to assess certain metrics

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience in a corporate setting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills (Proficient in Excel)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)

  • Bachelor’s in management studies or similar field of study in process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in Customer Success

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent in process
