What you'll do
Partner with Finance to lead the annual and quarterly forecasting and budget processes, including headcount and FTE management for CPO and provide services to ensure budget is tracked monthly.
Manage CPO team time sheeting utilization reporting and process
Produce communication materials, manage all-hands meetings, and team events which contribute to and create a sense of ‘Climate - Culture’ within the team and bring our purpose and approach ‘to life’
Create an excellent Onboarding and Orientation experience for new starters
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
What you'll need
Experience of creating departments and associated services
Leadership credibility and authority to work with the organisation’s senior leaders and oversight committees
Excellent communication and management skills
Able and willing champion of change
