Kforce has a client seeking a Customer Support Associate in Waltham, MA.Responsibilites:

  • Conduct calls with customers

  • Follow scripts and record responses into portal

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement

  • 1-3 years of call center/customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
