Raytheon Technologies Associate Director, Program Management in Waltham, Massachusetts

Position:

Enterprise Data Services (EDX) is seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated individual to lead our Data & Analytics User Engagement (UE)/Customer Success Team. The candidate for this role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with RTX businesses/functions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, increasing customer adoption of product/services, and turning customers into product champions. This leader will work closely with our customers, alongside Data Strategy, Product Management, and Technical/Architecture teams to ensure EDX products and services are delivered and supported successfully.

This role will primarily office out of the Brooklyn, Down Under the Manhattan Bridge "DUMBO" site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead initiatives that support a responsive and proactive customer focused culture.

· Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of processes.

· Set the priority on team initiatives and projects that increase internal and external customer satisfaction.

Effectively manage and prioritize customer issues/requests, following through in a timely manner, asking clarifying questions to determine the correct source & impact of issues, as well as understanding use cases to coach customers to alternate solutions when possible.

· Develop, mentor and coach UE team, increasing their upward mobility.

· Own the User Engagement (UE) operating model.

Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high customer support and satisfaction.

Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Basic Qualifications:

· 12+ years of the experience listed above

· Bachelor’s degree (BA,BS)

· Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Desired Skills:

· SAFe Agilist certified

· Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Dataiku

· Experience navigating in SAP ECC APEX & PRISM

· In-depth understanding of data warehousing - SAP Business Warehouse and Snowflake platforms

Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
