MarketOne International Appointment setter - Inside sales in Waltham, Massachusetts

FLUENCY in FRENCH CANADIAN REQUIRED

PART-TIME, 10-15 HOURS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

TEMPORARY POSITION

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a prior sales and telemarketing experience to join our team.

If you have the confidence and aptitude to interview senior-level decision makers across a broad range of sectors and uncover business needs, we want to hear from you.

The Role

· Set qualified appointments for inside or field sales, making 20-30 calls per day

· Conduct primary research through interviews with appropriate decision makers.

· Engage decision makers on the phone to discuss their business pains.

· Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives, multiple individuals in each target company to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior.

· Manage goals and objectives of multiple projects at the same time.

· Document information and complete accurate, clear, concise reports for our clients.

· Conduct primary research through interviews with appropriate decision makers.

· Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts.

· Manage databases by appropriately completing the various components defined by the

Program Manager.

· Participate in conference calls with Clients to articulate various trends in the market and further outline lead opportunities.

Functional Requirements

  • Experience with inside or field sales (IT or enterprise software sales preferred)

  • Experience with B2B tele sales

  • Proven success with Account Management/Development

  • Ability to develop strong loyalty with sales team.

  • Ability to promote company?s value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals

  • Proven success with consultative, conversational style of solution selling

  • Minimum degree requirement: BA/BS (Equivalent work experience will be considered)

  • CRM proficiency (salesforce.com preferred)
