Job Description
• Troubleshoot and repair failed UPSes and power systems down to component level
• Document failure symptoms and repairs for production and customer repairs
• Assist in root cause analysis identification
• Document and analyze repair trends
• Follow and adhere to production ISO policies and procedures.
• Work with design engineers to identify product improvements and ECOs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Analyzers and a-c and d-c loads to troubleshoot electronic circuits.
• Highly proficient in the use of soldering equipment for SMT devices and hand tools used in electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to read mechanical prints, interpret drawings and schematics to perform measurements and troubleshoot electronic circuits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Team player and willing to work collaboratively across the organization.
• Experience using Puddy, SNMP, computer tools for troubleshooting.
Education/ Experience:
• Associates degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 5 years+ experience testing and repair of power electronic circuitry and systems down to component level
• Experience soldering fine pitch SMT components to IPC610 class 2 standards.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00
