Position Overview


  • Lead/participate in benefit/M&A projectsas necessary; develop/maintain related tools to support M&A activity

  • Lead benefit communication/education/employeeengagement campaigns as necessary

  • Support the further development of the HealthineersUS benefit plans and programs

  • Research, monitor and operationalize benefitrequirements (e.g. statutory requirements)

  • Develop benefit process/procedure maps

  • Develop employee/HR toolkits related tobenefit plans/programs

  • Facilitate resolution of escalated benefitissues

  • Identify, develop and maintain benefitdashboard information

  • Proactively identify and addressopportunities to engage employees through our benefit plans

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Education: Minimum of BA/BS degree

  • 6+ years ofexperience in US employee benefits administration, management and/or operationsnecessary and similar knowledge for Canada a plus

  • Experience withunions a plus
