Sentinel Benefits & Financial Claims Administration Specialist in Wakefield, Massachusetts
There is opportunity for this position to work remotely (Work From Home) but must be in New England Area. WFH once training is completed out of our Wakefield, MA office.
The Claims Administration Specialist is responsible for multiple aspects of the Health & Welfare Services division. This multi-function, hybrid position will provide superior service to our clients and participants by managing the day-to-day responsibilities of claims adjudication, processing reconciliations, monitoring funding arrangements, and other necessary tasks.

Manage bank reconciliations and annual forfeiture reconciliations for clients

Education, Skills and Experience:
Ba c h e l o r ’s d e gr ee pr e f e rr ed but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word and Excel is required
Re quir es g oo d c omm uni c a t i o n, writing an d m a th s k ills; accounting background preferred
Must be able to work independently and also be a Team Player
