As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor/Writer to join the team. As a trusted Service Advisor/Writer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their service experience.

  • Schedule service appointments, accurately assess vehicle issues, and provide detailed cost estimates to customers.

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any necessary repairs.

  • Review service history and perform inspections to identify additional maintenance or repair needs.

  • Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to quality standards.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with the Service, Shop, and Parts Manager to optimize operational performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
