In this role, you have the opportunity to
Engrain yourself in the Philips supply chain and develop your expertise in the Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) business, by integrating and strengthening Design Transfer processes & organization, which will optimize our delivery to customers.
You are responsible for
Proactively shape Design Transfer across EDI and build organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture in line with One EDI Supply Chain, EDI and Philips strategy.
Working closely with diverse business leaders globally to provide thoughtful and relevant solutions meeting customer needs.
Translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan and provide strategic Design Transfer & Supply Chain Management advice within a relevant framework which improves the quality of business decisions and drives business value.
Actively drive integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.
Actively drive a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices.
Leading and developing the supply chain team to ensure long and short-term capabilities.
Ensuring standardized measurements are in place to measure customer delivery performance and drive root cause analysis and corrective action.
Driving End-to-End Design Transfer activities to target and promote End-to-End cycle time reduction programs to respond faster to changing demand while improving quality.
You are a part of
Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Business Group (BG), which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems. We believe that by enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, our solutions will lead to better clinical, operational and financial outcomes across the health continuum. You will report directly to the Services and Solutions Delivery Leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors or Master of Engineering, IT or Supply Chain with 8 plus years' experience working in a global company and leading global teams
Experience working closely with R&D and Operations
Good knowledge of product realization process, global supply chain organization and industrial footprint
Autonomous to drive own actions, results oriented and eager to learn.
3 plus years in project management
Strong social and communication skills
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (strongly preferred)
PMP or similar PM certification (a plus)
Knowledge in Digital Distribution, Digital Supply Chain and/or SaaS (helpful to have)
