Business Sales Leader - Sleep and Home Respiratory

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Deliver the commercial business results in North America for Sleep & Home Respiratory. The Business Sales Leader directs the overall sales and business strategy creation, operational execution and delivering the financial performance of this business. You will drive and supervise performance, develop and execute corrective actions when necessary to achieve BMC and Annual Operating Plan commitments.

You are responsible for

  • Delivering on financial performance committed in the AOP and Quota;

  • Drive sales strategy and execution

  • Responsible for driving a strong functional team including Zone Leaders, Regional Sales Directors, Corporate Account Team, Sales specialists, Sales Enablement and Account managers

  • Assist in BMC planning process in the market and the National execution of the BMC-plan

  • Developing local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth

  • Develops pricing strategies in line with the commercial policy and manage discount envelope

  • Drives customer satisfaction and dedication by aligning the necessary resources within the Market

  • Champions effective engagement for key Business Market activations

  • Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development

  • Provide global business team with local insights about markets, competition, and product and application developments.

  • Works with the Business Unit and Global Marketing teams

  • Manages field selling expenses within budget

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of healthcare industry experience (DME / HME experience will be given preference) or Masters and 10+ years

  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

  • Significant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare or medical technology products or solutions, incl. crafting customized value propositions to unique customers and markets

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts

  • Learning and managing information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, incl. ability to effectively connect with C-level

  • Proven track record to inspire change

  • Ability to perform effectively and lead in a sophisticated matrix environment

  • Strategic marketing & marketing analysis (understanding of approach & tools)

  • Leading a cross functional team and working in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • P&L management including revenue and margin management
