Job Summary:

Raytheon’s Patriot Systems area is looking for an early in career financial analyst to support Production programs. This position will report to the Finance Manager responsible for these programs. Although the role is for PMO Finance, the successful candidate will also have exposure to Operations Finance responsibilities (through collaboration and performance) in all phases of program lifecycles including Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation. A motivated individual who wishes to gain experience in all Raytheon Finance functions would be a fantastic fit for this role.

The candidate will work with all levels of management and partner with various functions to ensure that requirements are prepared and delivered within the internal and external deadlines.

The position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote or onsite) based on the needs of the business. The program team/leaders reside in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, billing, forecasting, program metrics, program reviews and gate reviews

  • Preparation of quarterly EACs

  • Interaction with Program team, project leads, Billing and functions

  • Contract setup activities (PMO and Operations)

  • Production closeout tasks such as generating inventory reports

  • Support proposal as necessary

  • Ad-hoc analysis as required

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field

  • Typically requires 2 years of relevant financial work experience

  • Experience with SAP or a similar business system

  • Experience providing financial support to a Program

  • Experience with government contracts
