Covenant Health SYSTEM DIRECTOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT in Tewksbury, Massachusetts
Develops and implements a comprehensive workforce-centered organizational development program that facilitates the professional development and continuous learning of Covenant’s human resources in support of the mission, strategic plan and operating goals of the system. Leads and manages the design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning events, programs, policies and strategies in support of a high performing learning organization. Chairs the System Learning Advisory Board.

Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Adult Education or other related field is preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or other related field, specific to healthcare with increasing levels of responsibility.
PHR/SPHR Certification is preferred, but not required
