Job Summary:

The Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Directorate is searching for radar integrators, analysts, and testers to support various radar programs. Integration and Test engineers are responsible for interconnecting subsystems, identifying and resolving system level issues that may stem from software or hardware anomalies, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level requirements verification. Radar integrators execute scope at our world-class test site in Pelham, New Hampshire on a regular basis, working directly with our tactical systems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Support system level radar integration planning, execution, and reporting

  • Prepare integration documentation, such as plans, procedures, and integration information sheets

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

  • Analyze data for radar hardware, software, and simulations

  • Utilize data analysis results to support issue identification and resolution as well as system level requirements verification

  • Schedule flexibility to support integration and test activities during 1st and 2nd shifts (with shift differential pay) on a rotating schedule, as well as 3rd shift on an infrequent as-needed basis

  • Occasional extended hour work shifts

  • Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline.

  • Typically requires five (5) or more years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree, nine (9) or more years of relevant experience is required.

  • Relevant experience includes an engineering role developing radars, radar subsystems, radar operations, radar testing, and developing or testing software for radar systems

  • Experience in the operation, test, and troubleshooting of complex military systems

  • Background in software or systems integration and verification, including methods and processes, as well as development of verification plans, procedures, and reports

  • Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

  • Experience in development of test scripts and automation techniques or methologies

  • Experience with programming in C/C++, Python, or other programming language

  • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements

  • Experience with generating technical documentation in support of requirements integration and verification

  • Experience with DOORS or a related database for requirements management and linking requirements to test procedures

  • Experience with network configurations and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Linux/UNIX command line

  • Radar Software Product Line knowledge

  • Integrated Product Development System knowledge
