Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Program Manager to work on the Zumwalt and other programs within the Seapower Capabilities Systems area. As the Global Supply Chain representative, your responsibilities will include management of Supply Chain participation and input to the Integrated Product Development System Gate process and definition of Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule inputs to the program. In addition you’ll be involved with reporting financial and performance data for all Supply Chain activities and you’ll participate in all program level reviews. This is a results oriented role where you’ll be a key communicator of critical issues and will be relied upon to offer solutions and implement corrective action within a timely manner. You’ll use your team building skills in your work with other Cross Business and Integrated Program Teams in achieving Supply Chain and Program objectives while maintaining our outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities may include: Supporting Global Supply Chain activities to ensure program objectives are met in a timely manner Supporting planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets, Earned Value management, Estimate At Completion reporting and Annual Operating Plan. Serving as key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment Supplier flow downs and Supplier Management Best Practices including risk mitigation and material program plans Supporting development of EASR material strategy development and execution Supporting development and execution of risk and opportunity management plans, include 6 Sigma activities. Supporting Zumwalt proposals Supporting leadership reviews including Gate reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Customer reviews, Program reviews Supporting the operational, technical and financial health of subcontracting/material through assessments, measurements and metrics Required Skills: 6+ years’ experience within Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Program or Project Management Experience working with cross functional teams Ability to obtain Raytheon Material Program Manager Certification within one year of hire· Desired Skills: Advanced degree Certified Material Program Manager Experience with PDM and PRISM EVMS Certification Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally Risk Management experience Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree This job is posted internally as: Principal Material Program Manager Find out why Forbes ranks us among the top 500 of America’s Best Employers by visiting us online at www.raytheon.com Stay Connected: Don’t miss out on what’s happening at Raytheon.
